We offer packaged services so that you are set up for success from day one. I believe it is your job to give us parameters and then allow us to determine what needs to be done to get you closer to your hair goals while you sit back and relax.

Remedy Salon + Wellness is a blended salon home for independent creatives and employees. “Independent” means they run their own businesses within the salon. What does that mean? You can look forward to an elevated experience & expert knowledge on the latest trends. The Remedy team is encouraged to scale their businesses with continued education, great customer service, and consistent and positive culture. So how do you book your first appointment?

Because our stylists operate uniquely, some need to be reached directly to book an appointment. Simply choose your dream creative, click the Book link under their name and follow the steps. Easy! Your first visit…

So you don’t have the jitters, here’s what to expect:

  • We’ll go over your hair and a little health history and review any inspiration photos you brought with you

  • We’ll discuss what’s possible today

  • We’ll share product recommendations based on your hair type throughout your visit

  • We have complimentary snacks and drinks for you to indulge in while you process

  • We will discuss maintenance and post color care so you have the best hair from appointment to appointment

 

The details…

  • There is plenty of parking on Front street in front of the salon. If for some reason it’s full, there is a parking lot behind the bank across the street.

  • CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING POLICY
    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
    We understand that emergencies can happen — if you're unable to give notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible.

    After more than one late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice), a non-refundable $50 fee will be required per occurrence, payable before booking your next appointment.

    NO-SHOW POLICY
    If you miss an appointment without calling or notifying us ("no-show"), a fee will be charged before you can rebook:

    • $25 per service scheduled or

    • 50% of the total scheduled appointment,
      whichever is greater.

    After two (2) no-call/no-show appointments, you will no longer be able to book future appointments with Remedy Salon + Wellness.

    Please note: This policy is in place to respect our team's time and the time of other clients. It is subject to change at any time.

    SERVICE SATISFACTION

    The goal is to use your photos as inspiration to give you a look of your own. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact Remedy Salon + Wellness immediately so that adjustment can be made as refunds will not be given. Complimentary adjustments must be within 7 days of the original service. Remedy Salon + Wellness will not be liable for hair color or cuts done by someone else.

    CHILDREN

    We love meeting your new babies! Unfortunately, the salon is not a place for mobile children. Due to the use of chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects in the salon, we kindly ask that only those receiving services be present in the salon due to limited space and the safety of all guests. If a child under 12 years old must be present, there MUST be another adult accompanying them.

    PUNCTUALITY

    Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment to allow for parking and to ensure you will receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service must be rescheduled. If this becomes a regular occurrence (more than 2 times in a calendar year), your appointment will be subject to the current No-Show fee.

    RETAIL

    All items have a 7-day exchange policy if they are still in new/unused condition. Defective items will be replaced. Items cannot be returned if used or opened.

  • Our products are vegan, cruelty free, and good for the environment and you. We carry Davines, Cezanne Smoothing, Malibu C.
